Our VFLW team is unique in the VFL/AFL women’s landscape. Today we remain the only standalone women’s club in the VFLW. We are the only sporting Club in Australia to offer a full pathway for girls and women from Auskick to Over 35s (Masters), that includes a VFLW team.

The Darebin Falcons have fielded a team in the VFLW from the inception of the competition in 2016, and are two time Premiers (2016, 2017). Prior to this Darebin Falcons were the dominant team in the forerunner to the VFLW, the Victoria Women’s Football League (VWFL), having won eight premierships over the last ten years of this comp.
