On Saturday the 18th of November, the Darebin Women’s Sports Club held their Annual General Meeting for 2017. The full annual report can be found here.
The club thanks the previous committee for their hard work and acknowledges those that are stepping down this year.
We would also like to acknowledge the outstanding contribution of outgoing club president Aleisha Leonard. In her two years in the role, Aleisha oversaw some incredible growth and singlehandedly implemented the club’s all-girls Auskick and junior football programs. We thank Aleisha for her tireless work and look forward to her continuing to grow junior football.
A warm welcome to incoming club president Sarah Brady. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience from both AFL and NRL environments and we wish her all the best as she leads the club into an exciting future.
