ANZAC Clash - Player and Coach Nominations - Darebin Women's Sports Club

The ANZAC Clash is now in its fourth year and is played for the ANZAC Cup.

Nominations are now open for both players and coaches wanting to participate in the days events.

The VWFL All Stars team will be made up of players representing clubs from Division 1-5 and will take on the Australian Defence Force team comprising of Army, Navy & Air force personnel.

The ANZAC Clash will take place on ANZAC Day- 25th April 2014 and will be preceded by both the Youth Girls Vic Country v Vic Metro exhibition game and the VWFLAll Stars exhibition game (to assist in selections for the draft). The VWFL will also be hosting a Season Launch and encourage you all to attend what is sure to be a fantastic day for the whole family.

The ADF are one win ahead of the VWFL and currently have the ANZAC Cup, however the VWFL are keen to display the silverware in their new home at AFL Victoria.
