FALCONS ELITE PATHWAYS

Since the AFLW’s inception, we have had a number of former Falcons move into roles at the elite level as players, coaches and administrators in the AFLW, AFL and AFL Players Association. Our club has shaped some of the most courageous leaders in the AFLW competition including five AFLW captains including Daisy Pearce, Katie Brennan, Meg McDonald, Elise O’Dea and Lauren Arnell .

Among draftees some of our most notable superstars include Karen Paxman, Darcy Vescio, Lauren Pearce and Jessica Dal Pos.
