The falcons head to Midsumma on a recruitment drive
On a glorious sunday in January, the falcons set up camp on the banks of the Yarra, as part of their 2011 recruitment drive. With the opening of Midsumma festival, the falcons saw it as a prime opportunity to recruit a few more members. We handed out flyers, spoke to people as they strolled past, and encouraged people to put their name and contact details down to receive more information about their sport of interest. So we’re hoping to see a few new faces down at the club over the next few weeks.
