The time has come for the inaugural Darebin Women’s Sports Club Tennis Tournament. Please join us on Sunday the 25th of March from midday at the Collier Street Preston Complex (near Hammo’s resort) for an afternoon of friendly tennis.
Many a Falcon has bragged of their extreme-stringed skill and prowess on the tennis court, so why not pull your balls where your racquet is and prove those words. The format of the day will be a round robin based on ability. It would be advisable to begin selecting your partner, you may choose a likely candidate from within the nest however we are encouraging participation for all, in fact every non member who plays, will automatically go into the draw for one of the many raffles we will hold throughout the day.
The cost for playing will be $20 per person (players) and for those of you who would prefer to watch the spectacular $10 per person (audience). Fees for the day will get you some good tennis/viewing and tasty treats from the BBQ & a softy.
