Get yourself ready for season 2021 with 5 sessions of strength and conditioning training. For U12s and above.

COST: $5 per session – must book & pay for all 5 sessions upfront
DATES: Starting Friday 12th February, 19th Feb , 26th Feb, 5th March & 13th March
TIME: 5.30pm – 6.15pm

Get yourself ready for season 2021 with strength and conditioning coaching focusing on strength and speed. The benefits of the training include fitness, improved performance , prevention of injury and increase in game stamina.

The training will be run by a qualified athletics coach Ingrid Jukk who was a European heptathlon athlete trained by Olympic coaches.
