Some information about our Strength and Conditioning team:

Tee:

Tee is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and Level 2 ASCA Strength and Conditioning coach. She has years of experience and knowledge working with female athletes. Her love for helping people become stronger and fitter than they ever felt possible is part of her overall passion working in sport. Tee also has her own healthy and natural muesli bar business which is a perfect adjunct to athletes needing specific amounts of carbohydrates and protein in their diet. All the ingredients all completely natural and two of the varieties are suitable for those with gluten or fructose intolerance.

And a word from Aleisha:

I am passionate about improving people’s lives through exercise and nutrition. A few years ago I was diagnosed a coeliac and made big changes to my health through exercise and a strict gluten free diet. I left my career in sales to study exercise science and started my business, ‘A new leash on life’ which aims to enable people to realise their full health potential through regular exercise and improved nutrition.

As well as assisting Tennille run the Falcons’ Strength and Conditioning program I work at the University as a fitness coach, writing programs and take a running conditioning class and staff fitness programs. I’ve recently started running summer boot camp sessions and do some corrective strength training with another gym through my new leash on life business. As I look to the future I want to keep challenging myself both physically and professionally, and I’m aiming to complete a half ironman triathlon in the near future.

In 2014-15 I’m excited to continue working with this fantastic club, and play a part in helping the Darebin Falcons keep striving to achieve their goals.
